3. 快件到达香港后，我司将会复核重量，实重与材积比，取大者为计费重量，材积计算方式：长*宽*高/5000CM；
4. 我司接受委托取件时间：周一至周五，截止时间：16：30PM；截止时间之前的件，我司当天通知安排取件；到港大致需要2-3天。
确定进口的航班，等飞机落地以后。开始进行进口的操作。
一、首先是要提供到货通知书、副本提单、介绍信换单。
二、准备进口报关所需单证:
1.必备单证：箱单、发票、合同一式一份、报关、报检委托书各一份。
2.法检的货物需要首先报检，获得《通关单》后，方可录入报关单。
3.从欧盟、美国、韩国、日本进口货物，如是木制包装箱的需在包装箱上有PICC的标识，且海关放行后要做木质包装检验。
4.税则上所规定的各项证件（如进口许可证、机电证、重要工业品证书、濒危证、检验检疫证）
5.有减免税手册的提供减免税证明手册。
三、进口申报后如海关审价需要，客户需提供相关价格证明。如信用证、保单、原厂发票、招标书等海关所要求的文件。
四、海关打印税单后，客户需在15个工作日缴纳税费。如超过期限，海关按日计征滞纳金。
五、报关查验放行后，木质包装要做包装检，检验结束后，即可派送。
另: 货物到港后十四日内必需向海关申报。如超过期限海关按日计征滞报金（按货物价值万分之五）超过三个月，海关将作无主货物进行没收变卖处理!!
