各外贸公司及工贸企业在备齐货物，收到开来的信用证经审核(或经修改)无误后，就可办理托运，即按信用证和合同内有关装运条款，以及货物名称、件数、装运日期、目的地等填写《托运单》并提供有关单证，送交外运公司作为订航班的依据。

· 安排货舱
外运公司收到托运单及有关单据后，会同中国民航，根据配载原则、货物性质、货运数量、目的地等情况，结合航班，安排舱位，然后由中国民航签发航空运单。

· 装货、装机
外运公司根据航班，代各外贸公司或工贸企业往仓库提取货物送进机场，凭装货单据将货物送到指定舱位待运。
