The customs require that cargo destinated to the following three countries should be converted to general trade. Consignee ask customs clearance agent for clearance operation. Customs will decide to release cargo or not basing on the doc. handed in by consignee. Suggest shipper communicate with consignee to clarify custom clearance capability of consignee in case of unnecessary loss due to forced return of cargo by local custom.

Ukraine
Courier service in Ukraine available for the following cities ：
Kiev，Dnipropetrovsk，Odessa, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Mariupol, Lviv，Simferopol，not available for the other cities for the moment
Russia
Destroying or abandon of cargo waiting for clearance is not allowed in Russia custom. If doc. required are not provided by consignee within 10 days after cargo arriving in Russia, cargo will be sent back to where it is from for further processing.

Brazil
For all the cargo by expressing with destination toBrazil, consignee’s CNPJ code should be filled in on invoice and waybill. And local custom will perform 100% inspection for all importing cargo. If no CNPJ code, cargo will be sent back to where it is from and returning expense will be imposed to origin.
Tips：All the cargo bound for Brazil will be taxed by local custom regardless of cargo value and weight.

Compensation Standard：
No compensation for partial loss, delay or damage. If cargo is not insured, compensation will be basing on cargo value , but Max. compensation will be USD100/waybill
